Beware of Fake Facebook Pages Impersonating Us

We want to make our community aware of an important issue. Recently, we discovered that someone has been impersonating our company on Facebook.

These impersonators have created fake pages and are attempting to communicate with both translators and clients in our name. Each time we request Facebook to remove one of these pages, the impersonator quickly creates a new one. Unfortunately, Facebook’s response to removing these fake accounts has been slow, which means we must remain extra vigilant.

What you need to know

• We never assign translation work through Facebook.
• We never solicit clients via Facebook.
• All official communication with us takes place only through our verified websites and channels.

If you come across any other Facebook page claiming to be us, please do not engage with it. Instead, report it directly to Facebook and continue to communicate with us only through our official channels.
